Thank you for shopping with WGLUVF. We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.

1 Return Conditions

Eligible Items

All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Customized or bespoke items made to your specific measurements
  • Items purchased at events or pop-up stores (final sale)
  • Sale or discounted items (final sale)

Items Showing Signs of Use Will Not Be Accepted:

Makeup stains, perfume/cologne, deodorant marks, pet hair, scratches, pilling, or any odor.

2 How to Return

  1. Contact Us
    Notify us within 14 days of receipt at wgluvf@163.com to initiate a return.
  2. Get Return Authorization
    We'll issue a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and provide detailed instructions. Items sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
  3. Ship Your Return
    Package items securely. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.
  4. Send Tracking Number
    Please email us the tracking number so we can monitor your return package.
  5. Receive Your Refund
    Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 2-5 business days to your original payment method.

4 Common Questions

How long does a refund take?

We aim to process all returns within 2-3 business days of delivery. You'll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued. Please allow 5-7 working days for the refund to appear in your account.

Can I get my shipping fees back?

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was made on our part. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately.

Do I have to pay for return postage?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty. Please keep proof of postage as we're not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Have you received my return?

Please allow up to 14 working days for your parcel to reach us. We'll send a confirmation email once your return has been processed. If you haven't heard from us after 10 working days, please contact us with your order number.

Missing Parcels?

If the courier couldn't reach you, they may have delivered to a neighbor. Please check for a delivery card. If still missing after 14 days, contact us and we'll help open a claim with the courier (this may take up to 30 days).

Faulty or Incorrect Items? We're really sorry if we've made a mistake. Please send us a photo and we'll organize a replacement or full refund right away.
